Although, it is a sad story, it is necessary to mention. Erin (Kuhn) Brown has been charged with two counts of murder. The L.A Times stated, "investigators said Kuhn-Brown killed Kathaleena Draper, 17, after the teen changed her mind about letting Kun-Brown adopt her baby. The pair argued and Kuhn-Brown asphyxiated Draper, who was close to her delivery date, police said. Kuhn-Brown, an emergency room technician, then tried to deliver the baby alive but the infant boy died a short time later, investigators said." Because it is believed that the alleged murders took place in Nevada, even though Erin was arrested in California, Governor Davis recently approved her extradition to Nevada. Robert Estes, District Attorney for Lyon County, Nevada, said he hadn't decided whether to seek the death penalty, but planed to file papers reserving the right to do so. Please remember Erin and her family, which includes a young son, in your prayers during this extremely difficult time. Source: Associated Press
